1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to KairoxBuild.com ("KairoxBuild", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services including but not limited to SEO tools, English learning platform, career guidance quiz, and all related features (collectively, the "Services").

2. Description of Services

KairoxBuild provides:

• SEO Tools: Including slug generators, HTML/Markdown converters, Google Docs to Markdown converters, and other productivity tools
• English Learning Platform: Practice tools for work & life sentences, translation practice, and sentence improvement
• Career Guidance Quiz: AI-powered career analysis and personalized roadmaps
• Subscription Plans: Pro, Premium, and Team plans with varying features and credits

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Firebase Authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

4.1. Pricing

We offer multiple payment methods:

• Kairox Coins: Earned through referrals and daily logins, can be used to unlock paid tools
• Credits: Purchased in bulk or included with subscriptions, used for pay-per-use access
• One-Time Purchases: Lifetime access to specific tools
• Subscriptions: Monthly recurring plans (Pro, Premium, Team) with unlimited tool access and monthly credits

4.2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions.

4.3. Refund Policy

All purchases of credits, one-time tool access, and digital services are final and non-refundable. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral or reward systems
• Use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Our Content

All content, features, and functionality on KairoxBuild, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of KairoxBuild and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. User Content

By submitting content to KairoxBuild (such as English sentences for practice), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6.3. Generated Content

AI-generated reports (such as career quiz results) are provided to you for personal use. You retain ownership of the generated reports but may not resell or redistribute them commercially.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the referral or rewards system
• Remain inactive for more than 180 days

Upon termination, you lose access to all benefits, purchased items, earned coins, and credits associated with your account. We are not obligated to provide compensation for lost items.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1. Service "As Is"

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2. No Professional Advice

The career guidance quiz and other tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career counseling, financial advice, or employment guidance. Always consult with qualified professionals for important life decisions.

8.3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAIROXBUILD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
